As a Key Holder of Oatlands Community Centre (OCC), Mount Street, Harrogate, I confirm and agree to the  following statements:

That the issued keys will remain the property of OCC.

That as the Key Holder I am  responsible for any abuse or damage caused by the use of my allocated  key.

That I will report any  loss of keys immediately to OCC.

That I will reimburse OCC the cost of replacing locks or keys if required, due to loss or damage.

I confirm my understanding of the following useage rules :-

That the entrance to OCC is strictly limited to booked time slots only.

That entrance to the OCC outside of pre-booked slots is by prior arrangement only.

That I will be  present at all my booked time slots and throughout their duration.

That keys cannot be transferred to a third party under any circumstances.

That noise must always be kept to a minimum.

That the key(s) issued to me  must be returned when they are no longer required or if I cease to become  entitled to hold them.

That use of the site is entirely at my  risk (as a Key Holder) and that OCC will not accept any liability for personal injury or property damage caused to either the myself  or a person under my responsibility.

That any behaviour that could potentially cause damage or injury to others is strictly prohibited.

That use of the site if under the influence of alcohol or substance abuse is strictly forbidden and I  will be asked to leave the site immediately.

That the site is to be left clean and secured at all times when I  leave the site.
