Sometimes. If you are are using a 3rd party company or are a commercial event we need you to have public liability insurance. For private events you may be able to get an extension on your home insurance to cover. Commercial events, the organiser needs to have their own public liability insurance.

An example of a private event that needs insuance would be hirng a bouncy castle for a child’s party. If the hire company is leaving it unmanned their insurance probably won’t cover you and you will need to arrange your own.

Where insurance is needed we required a copy of the insurance emailed prior to your event.

We have a range of tables and chairs.

For adults, we have 40 cushioned chairs that are perfect for lounging in. We also have 11 tables that measure 6ft by 2ft.

For the little ones, we have 15 chairs designed specifically for children, along with 4 half-height tables to match.

We have a super-fast internet connection of 400Mbits from Virgin Media. It’s distributed through the centre and both gardens using a mesh network, so you’ll have reliable access wherever you go.

You’ll be pleased to know that even in the gardens, the lowest connection we’ve tested is around 50Mbits, so you can still enjoy smooth browsing and streaming.

And the best part? Our Wi-Fi is completely free for you and your guests to use! We’ve made it easy to connect with a simple QR code posted in the hall.
